The function of the spark plug is to periodically generate electric sparks to ignite the mixture of gasoline and air in the combustion chamber of the engine to make the engine start and run normally. When the spark plug is working, it needs to withstand ultra-high voltage (20,000～30,000 volts), ultra-high temperature (2,000～2,500 degrees Celsius) and high explosion pressure (50kg/cm²). Using low-quality spark plugs will cause the following hazards:

1. The material of the center electrode of the inferior spark plug is poor. The center electrode is not made of special nickel alloy material (there is no copper core embedded inside), and the thermal conductivity is not good, and it is very easy to melt. The melting of the electrode may cause damage to the piston, cylinder and other related parts.

2. The insulating material of inferior spark plugs is of poor quality. The anti-conduction performance (insulation performance) is poor, and it cannot withstand the high voltage during ignition, and it is prone to faults such as leakage, abnormal engine ignition, misfire, and vehicle jitter.

3. Inferior spark plugs have poor resistance to electromagnetic interference. There is no resistance inside the spark plug, and it cannot resist electromagnetic interference. On the contrary, it will generate electromagnetic interference signal.
